In 1984 Michael J. Litteer began producing and selling firewood as MJL Firewood. His wife Bonnie and his two children Michael W. and Jessica helped as needed, as did most of his nephews and even a niece! In 1994 the business was incorporated as Litteer Enterprises, Inc. In the fall of 2004, they added the DISH Network Satellite TV line and in 2007 added DirecTV and WildBlue. In 2009 they added HughesNet and became a dealer for SONY Bravia HD Televisions.
